JOINT MEETING WITH THE BOARD OF SELECTMAN WORKSESSION
PLANNING FOR PARTICIPANTS OF WATER INFORMATION MEETINGS
FRIDAY, MARCH 1, 2013

Present: Dr. James Taylor, Dr. Martin Haspel, Dr. Joanna Buffington
No Present: Pat LaRiviere, Beverly Knox
Aimee Eckman, Board of Selectman facilitated the meeting.
Presenters were Roger Dumas, Water Management Committee, Judy Cannon, Finance Committee, Mark White, Environmental Partners and Jeff Thibodeau, Eastham Environmental Planner
The objective of the meeting was to develop the presentations for the public town meetings scheduled as follows:
- Tuesday, March 12, 2013 – 5PM
- Saturday, March 16, 2013 – 10AM
- System Design/Installation
- Tuesday, March 19, 2013 – 5PM
- Saturday, March 23, 2013 – 10AM
- Tuesday, March 26, 2013 – 5PM
- Saturday, March 30, 2013 – 10AM
- Saturday, April 13, 2013 – 10AM and 1PM
- Saturday, April 27, 2013 – 10AM and 1 PM
The objective was met.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:53PM
